Adevium is an integrated intelligence firm, founded in 2025. We were built to operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and health simultaneously, without compromise in any direction.

The problems that matter most do not arrive neatly packaged for a single discipline. A government building national AI infrastructure needs strategy, engineering, governance, and health intelligence simultaneously. A hospital network transforming its operating model needs clinical insight, data architecture, and organizational design not in sequence, but in concert.
Most firms address this by assembling teams from separate practices. Adevium was designed so that the integration is structural not assembled on demand, but present by design, in every engagement from the beginning.
Adevium was incorporated in 2025. Our practitioners came with careers already behind them — in government, enterprise, clinical practice, and technology. The thinking and frameworks we publish draw on that accumulated experience, not only on work conducted under the Adevium name.
We are not a holding company. We are a single firm with three lenses, one operating standard, and one ambition: to be the thinking partner that the most consequential institutions trust with their hardest problems.

Adesina leads Adevium's AI division, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI systems for governments, health systems, and enterprises. He has led production AI deployments across several domains.

Intellectual Honesty
We tell clients what is true, not what is convenient. If a strategy will not work, we say so and explain why before the implementation begins.
Implementation as the Standard
A strategy that cannot be implemented is not a strategy. Everything we develop is built with execution as the final measure of quality.
Long-term Orientation
We are not optimised for engagement velocity. We are optimised for the quality of outcome. This requires selecting clients carefully and staying long enough for results to manifest.
