Diagnostic
Weeks 1–3
We begin every engagement by understanding what is actually happening — not what the organisation believes is happening. This includes structured interviews across leadership and frontline, data analysis, and assessment against sector benchmarks and peer institutions.
Strategy Development
Weeks 3–6
Strategy is developed with senior client leadership, not presented to them. We facilitate the intellectual process, stress-test assumptions, and ensure the resulting strategy is owned by the institution — not dependent on our continued presence to make sense.
Implementation Design

Before any implementation begins, we design the governance, accountability, and measurement architecture that will determine whether it succeeds. This phase is where most engagements from other firms fail. We treat it as the most important work we do.

We stay. The same senior team present at strategy development remains through implementation. We build internal capability alongside delivery so that the institution does not need us to sustain the results when the engagement closes.
